Hi, I’m Chloe! I joined the team earlier this year and have loved being part of our customer service team at the legacy office. I’m passionate about helping our policyholders, providing great service, and making sure their questions and concerns are handled with care.
I’m originally from Flint, Michigan, but I made the move to Arizona in search of sunshine, new experiences, and a little escape from those snowy winters. After earning my degree in Political Science from Alma College, I was excited to start this new chapter in a place filled with beautiful scenery and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time outside, exploring Arizona’s trails, and soaking up the sunshine with my two dogs. Whether it’s a peaceful walk or a more adventurous hike, I enjoy staying active and taking in all the natural beauty Arizona has to offer.

Born and raised in Yuma, Arizona, I moved to the Valley in 2014 and began working with Aaron shortly after. I have been licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance since 2013, and I’m proud to serve as the Customer Service Manager at the Legacy office.
I’m passionate about helping our policyholders with their insurance needs and providing excellent customer service every step of the way. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I’m also able to assist a wide range of customers and make sure they feel comfortable and supported. Hablo español.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of four children and, shortly after the pandemic, I married the love of my life. We enjoy spending time together low-riding in our 2001 Lincoln Town Car and attending car shows.
When I’m not in the office, you can often find me singing karaoke—I’m always ready to perform anytime, anywhere! I also enjoy crafting, making jewelry, and designing T-shirts.

As Office Manager for McDermid State Farm, I play a key role in overseeing daily operations and supporting our dedicated team. I started in the insurance industry began in 1995, and I proudly joined Aaron's team in 2009.
Outside of work, my husband and I are avid supporters of The Alabama Crimson Tide, although our daughter, Samantha, is currently pursuing her studies at Auburn University. In my leisure time, I enjoy collecting fine china and creating beautiful dining experiences.
My weekends and holidays are usually spent at the lake, enjoying boating, swimming, and kayaking with family and friends.

Eleanor Vinchinski

I moved to Arizona in 1986 and began a 33-year career in the insurance industry. During that time, I developed a strong understanding of the role insurance agents can play in helping individuals and families understand their coverage options and make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
After retiring from the insurance industry in 2019, I returned in a new capacity in 2023, joining Aaron’s team as Marketing Director. My role allows me to draw on decades of insurance experience while helping communicate useful insurance information and supporting the agency’s involvement with local communities and charitable organizations.
Today, I enjoy using that experience to support Aaron’s team, strengthen community relationships, and help make insurance topics more approachable and understandable.
Outside of work, I’m happily married, a proud parent of two sons, and a grandparent to two granddaughters. I also enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and building meaningful connections wherever I go.

Hi, I’m Tracey Stanford! I was born and raised in Washington State, so I’ll always be a Pacific Northwest girl at heart. Go Hawks! I made the move to Arizona last summer and have been enjoying everything the Valley has to offer, especially the sunshine.
I’m the proud mom of a 17-year-old who is already 6’6” and plays football at Chandler High School. I’m also the proud owner of a 15-year-old Yorkie with three teeth, a big attitude, and breath powerful enough to clear a room. Between the two of them, there is never a dull moment, and they truly are my world.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family, laughing as much as possible, and enjoying Arizona’s version of “winter.” Coming from Washington, those few glorious days of cool weather feel a little like home, just without all the rain!

I was born in Sacramento, but my family moved to Northwest Chicago when I was just three months old. In 1984, we made the move to Arizona, and I’ve been loving it here ever since. Most of my school years were spent in Northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale.
I also served in the U.S. Navy and I’m really into motorsports—Formula One is my favorite, but I also enjoy in-car racing and NASCAR. I love heading out to the track with a bunch of friends who all drag race; it’s always a great time. I have one daughter, who’s 10 years old but already wise beyond her years—she’s definitely my whole world. My parents have been loyal State Farm customers for 57 years, so I guess you could say it’s kind of in my blood!
