"So today my wife and I had a pleasant conversation with Jaron Lewis from Aaron McDermid office he helped use actually safe money with our home and auto insurance just like those TV commercials you see in the end we are saving 200 on auto for a 6 month policy but with the homeowner insurance we are saving 1400 for the year so a total of 1800 for the year when all said and done between the two policies. Thank you so much Jan 12th So today I got the new beacons for our cars and wasn’t sure how they worked when I contacted Aaron’s team Chloe Johnson helped me out a lot she always seems to have a happy voice and really cares about customer satisfaction. "I just moved to Arizona and needed to change my insurance. When I called State Farm I was lucky enough to get Tracey Stanford to handle my business. She was extremely pleasant to work with. Her attitude was wonderful and she didn’t try to rush me into anything. She took the time to explain the different policies and amounts and gave me ample time to make a decision. She set it all up and it was very seamless and didn’t require anything on my part to get my insurance started. I would recommend her and State Farm to anyone looking for new insurance."

"I called Aaron’s office to add another car for my daughter soon to be licensed. My call was transferred to a lady named Tracy, who made me feel at home. The conversation was quick and efficient and when done I walked away with more than I thought I needed. I learned about the meaning of life and how to protect those I love when I am gone. But even more, to my delight, I walked away with the perfect milk chocolate recipe. With a simple call with Tracy, I walked away with everything. Thank you Aaron!!!"

"Absolutely appalling customer service from this State Farm agent. I've been a policyholder for years and recently removed a vehicle from my policy. State Farm continued charging me anyway and promised a credit for the overcharge—around $120—which never appeared. After weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution (including them claiming a credit was issued with zero proof, and delaying a billing breakdown for over three weeks), I called to escalate and speak directly to the agent. What happened next was unbelievable: The agent refused to help me, claiming he "didn't like the anger in my tone"—despite the fact that I never cursed, raised my voice excessively, or said anything derogatory. I was simply frustrated and firm about needing my issue fixed. Instead of de-escalating or assisting, he abruptly hung up on me and refused further service. This is not how you treat loyal customers dealing with a clear billing error on YOUR end. Unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude. State Farm corporate needs to address this kind of behavior—hanging up on paying customers is unacceptable. I'm now escalating to the state insurance department and switching agents (or possibly companies) because of this experience. Avoid this office if you expect basic respect and accountability."

"Good morning Robert, I’m genuinely sorry for the billing frustration and reached out on Friday specifically to try to explain and resolve it. I understand how frustrating billing issues can be, and my goal was to help. Unfortunately, the conversation escalated to the point where raised voices and repeated interruptions made it difficult to communicate effectively. When the call became unproductive, I explained that I would be disconnecting and did so. A follow-up call shortly after followed a similar pattern, and again I ended the call in order to maintain a professional and respectful interaction. We are always happy to help and resolve concerns, but we do need conversations to remain respectful so solutions can be reached. We remain available to assist through appropriate channels should you wish to move forward calmly. Aaron McDermid "
