"I had been a customer of State Farm and this agent for a couple of years at this point. I was just informed, rather coldly, by this agency that one of my vehicles was denied for renewal because of too many claims in the last five years. The claims were only for glass and roadside assistance across four different vehicles. We're talking six claims across five years on the four vehicles I insure so about one a year. Here in Arizona we live in an area with many rocks and relatively frequent glass claims. So to hold a relatively cheap glass claim along with roadside assistance, which is a product they offer to help you, against you is ludicrous. And it wasn't like these claims were all on the one vehicle. This is spread out. Be aware that this agency will not fight for you and the company as a whole just wants your money. If you dare to use the policy, even for relatively minimal claims, they will hold it against you. It's well publicized that State Farm canceled policies in California around the wildfires so be prepared so low rates but incredibly poor customer service and soulless, algorithmic decision making. The agency claims to be powerless against the underwriting decision. I wouldn't recommend the company or this agency. Shop elsewhere. The service is poor and the company is clearly a Ponzi-like scam."
